we swoped engines in a2000 s10 blazer it gots power to every thing and it wont turn over the sucurity light is oN we TryED to RESET thE computer and the light wont go off

try this. turn the key to start and let it go back to the on position. leave the key on for about 10 minutes or till the security light goes out. when it goes out, do it again. it has to be done 3 times for the passlock system to learn the password. after 3 times try to start it again.
