2000 Jimmy slt, all lights are on for the 4wheel dr but the 4 wheel is not kicking in, any ideas

Have you checked to see if there is power to the 4wd actuator on the side of the transfer case?

I have this same problem. How do I check for juice at the actuator? Isnt there a vacuum actuator under the battery? Coulnt that be faulty?
