My tachometer needle bounces, sometimes up to 6 and then the vehicle runs rough, sometimes killing. Already replaced a cam sensor. Now what -- is it the cluster? And what the heck is a cluster and how much will THAT cost?

have a pro check this out before replacing parts, it justs costs you money due to not knowing, etc. this may be something simple and not be the cluster at all. The cluster is your gauges/speeedo assy. I'd check grounds first like battery to body batt to eng and eng to body .
