Got up this morning with flat tire, tire completely off rim. Tire has plug in it. Only vehicle I have. Any way to bandage it to get it to tire shop? How do I know if my tire is bad or what causes it to come off rim? It is a Ford Windstar 2000

If the tire is completely dislodged from the rim, you would need to get it back onto its seat for it to work. Seems you have been driving the vehicle with a flat tire for some distance to get it off the rim.

The only way is to put in the spare.
