My 2000 Windstar remote door locks do not operate. If the driver's side actuator is defective will that cause the other doors locks to not operate also or is there a master module that could be defective and if so what is its location.

The master is the one on the driver's side. However, if the locks work from the switch on the vehicle, that isn't the problem. Check the battery in the remote. Also, on our homepage, under the DIY section, there are directions for reprograming the remote (FOB). Try that to see if it helps.
