Intermittently I loose power to car components

my radio,headlights,driver door lock and window will go-out and may come on in seconds or much longer.....Jarring does not seem to matter...
I've wiggled fuses and relays.....

you have a bcm issue which is a common failure. you need to have it verified by someone with a scanner.
do not get a used one as you may ruin the pcm. if it is confirmed, get a new one and it will have to be flashed from the dealer before installation.
