2000 Ford Windstar Instrument cluster

My dash instrument cluster is gone crazy all the needles are jumping up and down it does it every time I drive the car. Fuel gauge, temp. Gauge, speedometer, rpm's gauge. All gauges.

HAVE YOU RUN THE BATTERY DOWN PRIOR TO THIS ISSUE AND MAYBE HAD TO JUMP IT OFF?

I did not run the battery down prior to this issue.
It continues to do the same thing what else can I check.
My charging system is a 14.5 volts with A.C. And lights on. My
battery is three years old and I have no A.M. Start problems at
any time.

AND YOU CLICKED ON AND READ MY LINK? (IN MY LAST RESPONSE)

(TAKING THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE LOOSE FROM THE BATTERY A FEW MINUTES, THEN RECONNECTING IT)

I'M LOST FOR ANY OTHER SELF FIXES, OTHER THAN WHAT'S IN MY LINK, I'D SAY YOU ARE GONNA HAVE TO BITE THE BULLET AND HAVE THE DEALER FIGURE IT OUT.
