Sometimes I hear a low grinding noise coming from my back left tire, but I can get it to go away when I reverse a little bit and then continue forward in Drive. What could be the issue?

Check the shoes or the pads could be down to where you need to replace it-inspect

If it happens as rarely as I mentioned, can I drive for few weeks (3 max) without causing issues?
