I have a 2000 Ford Ranger & when I start it is starts shaking bad & yesterday It didn't even wanna start what can I get to fix it I have Got New Spark Plugs & It Still Does It

Spark plugs are just the most common cause of misfires on a long list of other possibilities. You also have to consider ignition coils, fuel injectors, worn camshaft lobes, burned valves, broken rocker arms, and things like that.
