I have a power steering fluid leak right where the high pressure line attaches to the pump. When I grab the hose it moves around like it's loose, but it is tight. Is there a seal on this hose fitting? I know there is a flare fitting on that end of the hose, but is there an O-ring or something else that mave have deteriorated?

It's a swivel fitting. There is a white plastic ring that seals the threads and an O-ring inside on the pipe itself that seals the pipe.
