Mustang belonging to my grandson.
Leaking Oil and saturating the air filter when he rev's engine and then when let's off drops rpm down to.5 and acts like its gonna die. Leaking oil on the ground by the left wheel. I am thinking "headgasket". Any ideas.

A bad head gasket isn't going to cause an oil leak or blowby into the intake but excessive blowby past the rings will cause that. Double check that the PCV system is working properly but if it is, the motor just may be too tired and ready for retirement.
