2000 Ford Laser Just Replaced Fuel Filter Now Car Will Start Turns Over Won T

I just replaced my fuel filter and now my car will not start. It turns over but won't fire.
I have taken it back out refitted it back in position, I have cleaned the break lines.
Is the anything else it could be or anything else I should try?
