Power locks not working by remote or from inside the car

The power door locks do not work by remote or from the inside of the car. Nor does the trunk release button. Any suggestions?

It looks like we need to test the fuse #F63 which controls the locking system. Here is a guide to help you test the fuse and the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:

It was a door lock actuator on the passenger's door shorted out which caused the fuse to blow on my car. FYI
