2000 ford focus... Wont start. It has little power and a brand new battery. Battery cables? Starter? Ignition?

Check all the fuses. Then make sure the battery cables are clean and tightly connected.

Check terminals are clean and tight, check for good voltage (full battery voltage) at the main lead at the starter check starter solenoid power (12v) with key on crank.
