Fan relays problem

I bought a cooling fan relay then o left the engine running for a while but the fan didn't work I connect directly to the ignition then is work what do you think about that problem

Could be the engine coolant temperature sensor, engine temperature gauge switch and computer

Check on front of cylinder head below ignition coil-

What wrong with the temperature indicator if the hose is break then the indicator doesn't going to the hot range
