2000 F150 Feel and hear grinding/roaring noise in front end while driving, it corresponds to the wheels rotating

Check brake pads, check to make sure the brake sensor isn't touching the rotor, make sure the rear backing plate behind the rotor isn't rubbing the rotor, and check wheel bearings.
