Ford F-150 5.4 engine

I have a ford f150 5.4 engine that is making a weird noise it sounds like a belt problem but I replaced that and a water pump what do you think it might be?

First you have to locate the area where the noise is coming from. It could still be the belt. I have seen new belts that would make noises. Could also be one of the bearing on the tensioner.
