I have a 2000 FORD EXPLORER and just had my trans rebuilt. They put in new assembly kit trans star, filter dacron, band intermediate & overdrive, rebuilt torque conv., reconditioned front & rear planets, new o/d sprag, new output hub barring, new epc solenoid, new o/d piston & 2nd servo piston....caused $2200.00......1st day driving my o/d light flashes, car seems to stutter from complete stop to 1st, 2nd gear as I accelerate. Starts revving real high between 30-40 mph...got it fixed at aamco....MY O/D LIGHT NEVER FLASHED BEFORE TRANS REBUILT.....CAN SOMEBODY TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON....THANKS

Well, AAMCO has a pretty decent warranty, so take it back to them. Transmissions are a little funky after a rebuild, especially Ford transmissions. Sounds like they either got the build wrong or an electrical component failed to me. They could have also pinched a wire when putting the transmission back in.
