readiness tests not complete

I have a 2000 ford explorer. When scanned it reads readiness tests not complete. IM monitors will keep blinking. Can you help. Vehicle runs and drives fine. MIL is off. and no DTC's

If the engine never warms up to temperature, like the thermostat is stuck open the system will never close loop, hence the warning.

Start engine and run it to operating temperature and go on the highway for 20 minutes and then back to city driving for another10 minutes and retest.
