Fan stays on high and heat doesn't work, air conditioning doesn't always stay cool. Fan control on the steering as well as the panel doesn't work either.

The difference in the heat and AC could be a bad blend door or an issue with the climate control (which I assume is automatic because it is an EB). As far as the fan speed, have the blower motor resister checked.
