2000 ford explorer brake problem

hi I have a 2000 ford explorer it sat for about a year and a couple of brake lines rotted I replaced them and bleed all the lines at the calipers when the vehicle is off the pedal stays hard when stopping the vehicle right before complete stop feels like abs kicks in no matter road condition did i miss something or any ideas thanks

Check to make sure the ABS sensors are clean as well as that stator. Make sure there is no dirt or rust on them. If there is, it can stop the hall affect this engaging the ABS.
