Ford 4.0 ohv ports 4,5,and 6 very wet. !,2,and 3 looks normal. What would cause only one bank to flood out?

New fuel pump,upper intake gaskets,seals,plugs and wires.Can't check for vacuum leak due to the fact that it will not run over a few seconds at a time.Test port pressure is 60/65psi. The only way to start the engine is to energize and de energize the fuel pump relay due to flooding of cyl 4,5 and 6. P.S this is the same 4.0 ohv that would turn over but would not start on previous question two days ago.

Probable causes of an engine running rich are as follows:

1.Excessive fuel pressure can be cause by restricted fuel return line

2.Defective Oxygen Sensors.

3.Leaking injectors and fuel pressure regulator.

4.Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.

5.Restricted air intake system.
