2000 Ford Expedition Car Keep Starting By Itself Blower Running After Turn Knobs

Why do my car keep starting up by itself and the blower keep running after I turn the knobs on off and take the key out the ignition?

My fuse box keeps making a clicking sound under the hood and my car keeps idiling up and down when Im at a stop light.
