2000 Ford E Series Van Runs Fine Summer Long Trying Start Cold Weather Just

My van runs fine all summer long. When trying to start the van in cold weather it just keeps cranking over and will not start for a few minutes then it will finally start and run fine. Have replaced starter and altenater. Still same problem.

Check fuel pressure to the engine. It may be weak.
