2000 Ford E-Series Van Clicking Noise

Van was running fine. Shut off. Went in house for 15 minutes. Came back out and when I started it, it was making a fairly loud clicking noise. Haven't drove it but makes the clicking noise when its running. Also if I don't give it some gas now it will kill.

Look under hood an dfind the relay that is clicking then clean it on the prongs. Clean the throttle palte on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner. Then check fuel pressure with a gauge autoparts rent it.
