I just bought an E350 14 pass bus with 145K miles. On the way in It sprang a leak in the transmission line to the radiator. I didn't know it until I tried to drive up my (very) steep driveway. It stopped halfway up, I rolled it back down and saw the leak. Before this it drove fine. I waited till the next am and filled the transmission,I did manage to get it up the driveway, my question is can I adjust the bands now if the transmission slips?

no, no adjustments. repair the line and add the fluid and see what happens.
