First, can you her the fuel pump run when you first turn the key on? It will run for a couple of seconds then shut off. If you can't hear the pump run, check the inertia switch in the trunk to see if it has been tripped. If it is OK, check all the fuses. If they are OK, check the relay.

IF it runs with starting fluid, you're not getting fuel to the engine. Check fuel pump pressure. If it is good, make sure the injectors are getting power.
