Why am having trouble starting the car?

the car was sitting for about a month with a bad fuel pump and the fuse was blown. I replaced the fuel pump and fuse. I see smoke coming out of the passenger side of the engine.

I don't think I'm getting compression.

do a compression test and pressure test the coolant system you may have a blown head/intake gasket

also I blew air through the vac line and I saw an air fuel mix
