fuel filter location?

Engine starts briefly, stalls, then won't fire at all. Possible fuel problem? Where is the fuel filter located? What is acceptable pressure range?

Yes. This sounds like a fuel issue. We can try starting fluid in the intake when this is acting up and see if it starts. If it does then this would be a fuel issue.
