new battery starter checked by autozone at the time of replacement of battery OK tried jumping with 2 different vehicles and cables hard to get to solenoid to check power or jump across terminals

appreciate the response just hoping someone has had the same exact issue with a solution I know I need to check every connection but its a location thing since its my daughters car which lives 150 miles away and has nobody else to help nor much money Ive talked her through replacing the relay first just to see and it only cost her $16 thanks
