I have a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan a couple weeks ago when I went to back up the steering wheel locked and I could not turn the wheels after wiggling the steering wheel it turned. this happened to me for the next couple of days and now my steering wheel does not lock when the van is off and the key is out.
