Changed plugs, wires, cap and rotor cranks but will not start

Are you getting spark and fuel to the engine?

If spark and fuel are getting to the engine, it has to run unless the timing is off or there is no or little compression. Try this for me. See if the engine will start and run a few seconds using starting fluid. Let me know the results.
