how do you check the turbo on a dodge diseal truck

my truck lacks power going uphill and shifiting gears have new fuel pump glog plugs and have check everything else ecept tubro and other things i would like to know whats wrong

a shop will use a boost gauge to test it. not something you can do at home unless you have the tools and knowledge. let a shop at least check it for you and give you a bid.
