Please put some punctuation in that huge sentence, otherwise it can be read at least three different ways. The charging light comes on intermittently and you had the charging system tested. Was it tested WHILE the light was on and the problem was present? Worn brushes inside the alternator are the most common cause of an intermittent no-charge condition. On some engines they can be replaced for about ten bucks without even removing the alternator from the engine. You would verify this by measuring the voltages on the two smaller wires on the back of the alternator while the engine is running.
