My 2000 dodge neon's engine suddenly died one day. Starter has been replaced and battery is brand new. The fp/asd fuse keeps blowing underneath the hood. The car will not turn over with the key but if I run a wire from the positive of the battery to the starter relay fuse position it will but no start. Need help ASAP. This is my car to get to work so help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

you must find the reason the fuse is blowing. the alt, fuel pump are on that circuit, disconnect them and see if the fuse still blows
