2000 neon headlights my highbeams work but normal driving lights dont went to stroe asking for a fuse called flasher the store said that it was not the problem they said go to the dealer ship

Hello,

It is possible that both low beam bulbs blew out at same time.
You can use a test light to check for power on the low beam side of the connector.

The low beam wire color on the passenger head light is Violet

and on the drivers side it is Violet/Red

Also check fuses 17 & 18 in the under dash fuse panel they are red 10amp fuses for the low beams.
