my tail lights stay on when I turn the car off but the fuse is not burnt out. what could it be? the lights are not blown out nor are the fuses. ...................................................................................................

Just to add, Check the park lamp relay in junction block, left end of dash. I don't usually get that lucky where the relay is faulty. Also, check for applicable trouble codes, your bcm has control on the relay. Some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free.
