I just turned on my 2000 Dodge Intrepid RT 3.5 and a bad squeal came from the engine followed by smoke. I checked the A/C belt and it was fine, all other belts were replaced early this year. Is it my Camshaft or something else?

Yeah, I checked all the belts. Even when I remove them something is squealing. I'm going to pull the harmonic balancer.
