2000 Dodge Intrepid. I went to turn into a parking spot (turning left). I heard a pop on the outside of my car. I stopped immediately. Now, steering wheel will turn as much as I want it to, but the front wheels do not move. I checked under the hood, looking for a snapped belt, but found nothing.

snapped belt??? for what??? there are no belts for the steering linkeage

there are inner tie rod ends that fail on these. have it checked for failure.
