High beams won't work

The high beams, dash cluster (only lights visible are the turn signal arrows), running lights, tail lights, and turn signals are not working on my 2000 dodge intrepid

The ones under the hood-which are all okay. We even tried the relays and still no success

Get a test lamp or DVOM to test the light switch power supply.
