8 cyl 4.7 ltr Parking lamp and dash lights are out. I replaced the 15 amp
fuse for it, but it blew immediately afer I started the truck. Both the brake lights and headlights are working.

then you have a short someplace in that circuit, check parking lamp wires as some are outside and more susceptable to shorts.
