why won't my truck shift

will not shift up or down by itself but will shift manually. obd11 scanner gives code po753. we changed the pcm and the shift solenoid, then we changed the transmission. through it all the scanner hasn't changed nor has the transmission's behavior

Have you tried testing the wires for short and open circuits from the shift solenoids to the PCM? Could be a wiring problem here for me-
