Would you explain "camshaft plugs" mean oil seal?

no caps at transaxel side of engine

Going to gusee here but think tour asking about half moon plugs at rear of head. If yes remove valve cover and replace gasket kit comes with thoes plugs

they are round rubber caps and fit over the end of the camshaft
