I purchased door hinge pins from dealer and they assured me I don't need any bushing etc just the two pins that I purchased. Is this true?

people will tell you anything to make a sale.
the pins wear out and when the door drops it is from the hole being elonggated. bushings are almost always needed to set the door back to normal. it is not a hard process but well worth it
