2000 Dodge Caravan Heat C Work Appropriate Vents Turn Vent Defrost Dial Air

My Dodge Caravan heat and A/C work. The appropriate vents do not work. I can turn the vent/defrost dial but air flow only comes out of the upper vents, no floor or defrost vents. Can you help me please?
