2000 Dodge Grand Caravan

The problem with my 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan is that the speedometer is stuck on zero? I think its above the stop peg.

Press and hold odometer/trip reset button while turning ignition switch to OFF, then RUN position
release button
let the cluster do a self test and reset

That's a fourth way of solving it I hadn't heard of before. Thanks, BMRFIXIT. If that doesn't work, just drive faster than half of the speedometer's maximum reading. This is not a spring-loaded speedometer like was used in the past. The pointer is set to various positions by pulsing four electromagnets. Once you reach a high enough speed, the pointer will simply look for the shortest way to that setting. From there it will just follow the commands back down to zero the correct way.
