Replaced fuel pump and filter and cant get van to start it acts like it will turn over but wont got gas put in it and acts like it aint pumping. New pump and filter

Will it start with starting fluid? Have you checked fuel pressure?

Yea I checked the pressure and don't have hardly any and yea tried start fluid

Most likely the fuel pump is bad, isn't getting proper voltage, the fuel pump relay is bad... Did it start for a couple seconds with the starting fluid?

Then no fuel is getting to the engine. Confirm that pressure is within the manufacturer's specs. If it is, check to see if the injectors are getting power.
