2000 doge caravan

My 2000 dodge caravan keeps blowing the fuse for the memory for the computer and the dash panel fuse, there has not been anything extra installed. It's almost like it gets a power surge but I need to know why it's doing it and how to fix it.

the memory for the computer is internal failure in the pcm. that most likely will need to be replaced.you will need to purchase a pcm. have it flashed and installed.
as far as the dash panel fuse, the little 2 amp fuse, it may be a bad bulb or connection.
