Dash console: my heater/ac cooling fan switch only operates at highest speed, how do I repair or rig? If it is the "blowout resistor",(fuse?), then ... where do I find that and how do I replace that? - frm Karen, age 60, on disability ss income,born in Lockhaven,PA

blower resistor. sorry i miss spelled it in my response.

it is under the dash right side by the blower motor
