This only happens when my van is at a 1/4 tank of gas. I'll apply the gas to go and it'll rev but not go, then it kicks and starts going, sometimes it takes a few seconds for it to completely start going without shuddering. And when I stop, it's****** and shakes, and sometimes dies, but it always starts right back up. And it only happens at a 1/4 tank of gas.

check your trans fluid, your converter may be starting to go and it's best to have a trans guy check this out. try cleaning yoru thottle plate on both sides with chokecleaner also. Then replace your fuel filter. You may have aproblem inside the tank and needs to be looked at when it's at that level.
